How to Submit Abstract
- Your registration must be completed in advance of abstract submission.
- On your registration, you will receive a reply from JHUPO by e-mail. The Registration ID on the e-mail will be needed for the abstract submission.
- Please proceed to the abstract submission page from the abstract submission URL you have received by e-mail. Please enter your registration ID and password provided by e-mail. You will be redirected to the abstract submission page.
- Please enter the first speaker's name.
- Please enter the affiliation of the first speaker. If there are multiple affiliations, please enter the representative one. The affiliation will be used for administrative purposes only and will not be reflected in the abstract. You may enter more than one affiliation in your abstract.
- If you have co-authors, please click the "Add Author" button and enter their names and affiliations.
- When you have finished entering co-authors, please specify the number of the presenting author(s).
- You can confirm the contents to be published in the abstract book by clicking the "Abstract Confirmation" button after abstract submission.
- Preferred Session: Please select the session for the designated presentation.

Keynote Lecture: 50 minutes (including discussion)
Plenary lecture: 50 minutes (including discussion)
International Symposium: 45 minutes (including discussion)
Award Lecture: 30 minutes
Educational Lecture: 18 minutes
Symposium: 20–25 minutes (including discussion)
Workshop: 8–12 minutes (including discussion)
Oral session: 14 minutes (including discussion)
The organizing committee recommends the speakers to use their own laptop computers with an HDMI connector for data projection, to avoid trouble due to incompatibility. Please bring the AC power adaptor for your computer. HDMI cable is prepared for use. Make sure to test your data projection at the PC desk before your session.

The committee requires the speakers to disclose any conflicts of interest (COI) in relation to the work presented in the conference.
